How subscriptions work

When you choose a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at the frequency and price shown on the product page before you subscribe, until you cancel. You will receive an email confirmation for each order.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel or change your subscription at any time from your account or by emailing support@tryelvera.store. To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date.

Refunds on subscription orders

Your first subscription order is covered by our Refund Policy. Later subscription orders can be refunded if they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect, or if you were charged after canceling on time.
