I am very impressed with the Cold Press Elderberry. My GI system is so happy, my fingernails are growing and with the extra vitamins I feel secure that it will keep my body strong during the cooler months.

I really had my doubts as I have had problems with constipation my entire life. I decided to give it a month before judging its value, or lack thereof. I can now share that I am very pleased with the outcome and will be continuing using Elvera Gut Support Complex on a regular basis. To those who normally judge the value of a product quickly, don’t give up too early. It took a month of daily use before I experienced a more regular movement of more normal stools. (I no longer experience large hard knots to put it bluntly) Reading the information on what Elvera offers and why was very helpful and made sense. Thank you for this healthy alternative.

After trying many, many other means to help my gut to be functioning well, I have finally found something that works. Such a relief! Two capsules of Elderberry, Zinc & Vitamin C before bedtime does the trick the next morning. Many thanks to Elvera from a happy customer.

I am very satisfied that from the start of taking Elvera Gut Support capsuls I began having the normal bowel movements that I had always had prior to taking medications and antibiotics.

considering that I have had this challenge for many years I think it will take a little longer to completely heal. I am on my 3rd bottle of Elvera and there is a difference. I will continue with my regimen. I have always used Elderberry and Zinc during the cold and flu season this works for both.

Pleasantly surprised! All my life I used to be very regular, but a bout with Breast Cancer and the ensuing medications had brought my gut to a complete standstill. Stool softeners and laxatives were the answer. It took about 3-4 weeks for the Elvera to kick in, but life is good now! While it’s still not a daily occurrence, I have not had to take a laxative in a long while. Love the fact it’s all natural - and that it works!!

Save your money

When you order this product they automatically enroll you into getting this in their renewal program. I was out of town and never tried it before I received another shipment. It is difficult to cancel and there is no refund policy if you do not like it as they advertise. I do not recommend!

I received the first bottle that I ordered. I wasn’t able to take it because of a cancer diagnosis I did not order the second bottle that they sent me and charged me for and will not give me a return on my money so I haven’t tried it because I wasn’t able to.

It seems like a regular laxative. I find no other difference.

I cancelled my order within an hour after the payment was questioned by my bank and credit card and very bad reviews that I should have checked beforehand. Policy clearly stated I would have 6 hours to cancel. I was notified by email 2 hours later that it couldn’t be cancelled. I refused the order and still waiting fir my refund.

I noted “ difference” several days after starting . Now at 6 weeks I am feeling good. I stopped Senna-S & fiber 6 weeks ago too.

It took a couple weeks but I think it’s working! They’re a great company to work with as well. I ordered some product and it went to a different address. It was a wrong address and they immediately they did fix it and standby their word I will continue to use their product. I love having something natural, not addictive and that you could take forever if you need it.

I take Elderberry & Pumpkin Seed Oil every morning. As a Kidney transplant recipient, I am happy with my weekly labs.

After losing the beginning of my small intestine back in 2010, dealing with scar tissue having fused to my organs and only being told to use Miralax, stool softener tablets and fiber powder I am so glad to have found Elvera. I have only been takeing it for about two weeks and have seen results. I hope it’s all natural in it. Always leery of taking something that I don’t know anything about, but it is working. Don’t have as much gas and I’m using the bathroom fairly regular.

Seems to help with intestinal issues and after 4 weeks I actually did not have to use a laxative. I was taking 5 tablets to have a bm every 4/5 days. Then follow up with 3 tablets of Pepto Bismol to calm intestines down from cramping. I will do the 3/4 months then stop to see if cured or something to continue.

So thrilled to have stumbled on this and using your other reviews to convince myself to order. I am just finishing my 2 bottle and I now have results that are amazing! Thank you.

I have had constipation issues for several years. ElverA took about 2 weeks and I’m going normally and regularly. I had to get of for a week along with all supplements due to a procedure with anesthetic. It took between 1 and 2 weeks again to work after the procedure. It is great.

This product made my digestive system work like never before! It was subtle at first, but by the end of the bottle, I realized it was this product that made the difference. Unfortunately, when I ordered my 2nd bottle, the mailing facility didn’t package it well, and someone was able to open the enveloped, then opened the bottle (removed the safety seal on the outside and inside the mouth of the jar), but didn’t steal any of the supplements. I did receive the second bottle, but I’m afraid to use it for for fear that the capsules were tampered with—all because someone in the shipping department didn’t put it in a full-size envelope and you couldn’t even read the delivery address on the package easily. They left the cap part without being covered by the “supposed” envelope but taped over it, and someone cut the tape in order to open the cap! Shoddy packaging. I have contacted customer support but no one has responded as of yet. I’m hoping they will replace my bottle. I really LOVE this supplement and did place and order for a “buy 2 get one 1 free” deal and I just hope to get the replacement bottle because my original order took a long time to get to me and I hate being without the one thing that has helped me feel better!

Since I have begun taking this product consistently, my bowel movements have been much more consistent. I have completed one bottle and I would say I am almost regular. It took me a long time to figure out when to take it that fits into my schedule. I take it while making my coffee in the morning. That gives me a drink of water and my gut support at the same time.

I was a bit skeptical about the claims at first, but I was desperate for relief from my dodgy digestive issues. . After a few weeks I noticed an improvement. I haven't been tempted to use constipation or stool softeners.

It is a great supplement because of the Elderberry that has provided good support for my immune system and it has improved my digestion since I have been taking it. Also, since taking it, I have noticed an improvement in my vision, particularly my near vision in that I don’t need my reading glasses!

So glad I found this product! Gives me peace of mind knowing I am doing these products to improve my health.

I've had to use a laxative every day for several years which I knew wasn't good for my body. These have truly been a God send. They help me go regularly.

I believe it was beginning to help. But when I reordered it, the bottle doesn't mention Zinc or Vitamin C. I assume that means I got Elderberry without the Zinc and Vitamin C? Why would that be? I ordered both through Amazon.

I bought this for my husband who was on MiraLAX and Linzess. He was having issues while on those meds. I had him stop both of them to just take Elvira. He has not had any problems since he’s been on Elvira! Thank you!

Dr.s wanted me on Miralax daily and researched to find what could happen if I went this way. I'm so very glad this has come into my life. Believe me it works.

Two days after starting, I had a normal bowl movement. I have a bm daily now. When I told my GI Dr I wouldn't take the metemorsel or Miralax but took this, she said that's fine but to contact her when it wasn't working any more and we could add something. She did want me to add magnesium but this already has mg. So I'll add it. Maybe she feels it needs a higher dose. Anyway I'll take natural not pharmacy made unnatural drugs. My friend is starting them now too

Received my order yesterday and started immediately. I had had to take laxatives 2 days before and ended up with a severe evacuation accident this morning BUT compared to the intense constipation i've been dealing with for years and years I'm waiting to see if this is a bug OR an evacuation that is the start of something good. I feel like it's going to be well worth the investment. So I might cut back to one capsule a day until things "settle down" and then go back to two. For me I'm afraid constipation has caused a recto type fistula in my bladder. I have to get a CT cystoscopy in a couple months to find out. I have had a chronic e coli UTI for over 7 years and it is now antibiotic resistant. So we'll see how this helps with everything. I'm a T2 diabetic and have immuni issues too so I think this is a very positive addition to my daily life. We'll see.

Before COVID my family and I chose not to get the flu shot, so I started researching natural ways to support our immune system... That’s when I discovered elderberry. At first, I bought it, and I’ve been taking it consistently for many years. When we do catch a cold, the symptoms are usually mild and last about 3–5 days instead of dragging on for a week or more. For us, that’s been a big win. We haven’t had the flu in six years just the occasional cold. I’m also not a fan of syrups because of the sugar, and many store bought elderberry capsules contain preservatives, which is why I prefer a more natural approach :) Thanks Elvera!

Good supplement! Works for constipation problem

I suffer of IBS and I tried many different laxatives, pills and other stuff but with no results. This one makes miracles. It is gentle (no cramps, gasses..) but effective. I took 2 pills and I had the immediate results the next morning. I feel so much better since I have introduced elderberry in my life. I have already recommeded this product to everyone I know.

These elderberry capsules work well, especially in the winter with all of the germs around.

As always elderberry is awesome after next morning boweling felt comfortable stomach, but i recommand when it take be sure next day are on your off working day, it will go for many time for toilet. Unless your work station is just beside toilet.
